Organisation

The Learning Centre Zürich GmbH is the governing body of Little Learners. The Organisation was founded in April 2010 and privately financed by Anja and Andy Clarke. The whole team as well as Andy and Anja are employed by the Learning Centre Zürich GmbH. Our salaries exceed the recommendations from Kibee Suisse the Swiss Creche Association. Our Organisation is committed to an auditing obligation executed by an external professional.

Our conception of humanity

We see every human as an individual and approach them with goodwill. The needs of all individuals are being recognised, respected and accepted. All children at Little Learners experience individual and best possible care and education. We support families in the education and upbringing of their children, guide the children to be independent and socially competent individuals.

 

Our Mission

Children are the centre of our work. We built positive relationships in a loving environment and gain trust for each other. One of the children’s needs is the will to learn. Children learn through play and play when they learn. Most children have an inner motivation, the urge to follow their curiosity and they want to learn at their own pace. Children learn when they are having fun. These aspects motivate us to apply thorough planning of activities as well as offering free play phases to the children to create a versatile learning environment. We support international families to immigrate into the local way of life.

 

Our Team

The collaboration in our team is characterised by sincerity, mutual appreciation and joint responsibility. Professional emphases of individual employees are an important part of our future development as well as quality management. A continuous dialog between the team and the management help us to develop the establishment in a future orientated way.

 

Our Growth

We have established a progressive culture of error tolerance and we use this force as the engine of our development. Problems are being addresses as quickly as possible. We see every problem as a chance to grow and together we work on suitable solutions. It is our goal to create a work environment with sustainable work satisfaction.
